First Priority Joins SBA Lending Program
Malvern, PA – July 20, 2011 - First Priority Bank, headquartered in Malvern, PA, has joined the Small Business Administration (SBA) Lending Program. As a participant in both the 7(a) Program (commercial loans up to $5 million) and the 504 Program (long term financing for land, building, and/or capital equipment), First Priority Bank can assist more small businesses with their lending needs.
SBA-guaranteed term loans may be provided for financing:
- A start-up business
- The expansion of an existing business
- For permanent working capital, inventory, lines of credit, renovations, leasehold improvements, furniture & fixtures
- Refinance debt for compelling reasons
