Director and Chief Lending Officer
Thomas M. Miller joins Malvern-based institution
MALVERN, PA—February 21, 2008—First Priority Bank has announced the addition of Thomas M. Miller as Managing Director and Chief Lending Officer. Miller most recently served as Vice President of Credit Risk Management for Ardmore Banking Advisors, Inc. and was previously First Executive Vice President and Chief Lending Officer of DNB First, NA.
Miller brings more than 28 years of experience in lending, sales management, credit administration, compliance, risk management, and other areas of financial service. In addition to his posts at the Ardmore Alliance and DNB, his career has included management roles at Millennium Bank and both CoreStates Bank and its predecessor, Meridian Bancorp.

Miller holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Widener College. He resides in Chester County with his wife and two children.
